Poor service. Limits the amount of cash can pay in to 10 bags of coins after emptying and bagging up a piggy bank. The bank's advice is I can go to the post office and pay in £200 per day in coins. So why use the local branch? I see its closing in June, Is that a surprise if its easier going online or to the post office
Since sharing a complaint with head office leading to a couple of members of staff being disciplined as a result of their treatment of myself I am continually made to feel unwelcome in the branch. After visiting the branch a few times with a witness it has been confirmed this is not my imagination. My original complaint lead to dismissals as the treatment was so bad - i dont see any improvement
This branch is closing down. Apparently it’s not needed but when people have to queue down the road for ages it says it is needed. When it’s gone we need to travel on a bus into Kilmarnock to use that branch. Shocking service from tsb
Terrible this Bank is only open till 13.00 3 days a week Just shows Banks are not here for the Public anymore All Banks forget what happened a few year ago now the public are getting forgotten about
Very slow service. Staff are nice.
