Food is absolutely disgusting and way over priced. The horrible little Romanian looking child/girl at the front desk is seriously stuck up, major attitude problem talks to delivery drivers like they're dirt. Would avoid this kip at all costs you'd be better off going to McDonald's
We ordered food from Tsangs on Justeat. We had to wait TWO HOURS AND TWENTY MINUTES for delivery. When I rang to enquire, I was told "we are really busy" and "your order is very large" we are a family of five. Note to Tsangs: If you are "too busy" STOP TAKING ORDERS. Or have the decency to pick up the phone and let people know there is a problem. An apology should be standard. Good customer service should be standard. Dreadful experience. Never again Tsangs. Never again.
That fat asian has no respect. about 17 and he yelled racial slurs to the drivers, he proceeds to spit on my food and pushed me down the stairs. embarrassing. As far as I know he lives in manorfields rise, someone needs to teach that little boy a lesson.
Decent chicken balls and curry chips but delivery times way longer than quoted when ordering over one hour late.
Took 2 and a half hours for my food to arrive and when it did, it was cold, I called the store after waiting for one hour and they told me my order would be with me in 10 minutes. 2 and a half hours later I finally got it
Started ordering from Tsangs over the last 3 months and so far I’ve got amazing food :
Literally got raw chicken . Was soggy and disgusting. A lot of the chicken was pink and raw. Never ordering from here again
I will never ever order from here again.twice I ordered this week and both times nearly 2 hours waiting.if they can't handle delivery service don't do it..not even a free drink, nothing just sorry we're busy.. ridiculous and very annoying.defo won't be getting my money again.
One of the poorest chinese’s ive ever had. Salt and chilli chips were completely raw, i could hear a crunch when i bit into them. Some of the shredded crispy chicken was too chewy, some bits ya couldnt chew and other bits were alright. Curry sauce was nice, delivery was fast. Wouldnt recommend either dish
Chicken under cooked and replacement just as bad, first order and last order.
