Cannot fault the staff, everyone polite and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Lifts available to avoid any stairs/steps. Car park large but busy, we found spaces available. It is a large site with the two practices, allow time to walk from the car park.

Takes a long time to get appointments. On the phone for a long time in the mornings and wasn't able to get an appointment for my 1 year old for over 2 months. He never did see a doctor. The car park is a nightmare, stresses me out everytime I go. However, the staff on reception are always really nice, and so are the doctors, when you do see them.

Good, spacious and functional facility but good luck in trying to park at certain times in the day!!!! Parking was obviously an afterthought

Truro Health park seems to be a building where two of the biggest GP surgeries are Lander Medical Practice and Three Spires.  Located on a hill so walking can be a bit tedious if you're really feeling unwell.nnThere is some good parking spaces, lovely staff and great services.

Went there for a minor procedure. Very large venue and seems to cover several practices.nnImpressed by cleanliness of all I saw!
