This station is horrible there are little children vaping and grown old men smoking. There is a no smoking sign but is not enforced. The bus is always late and accumulates a huge line leading to lack of space. Ride with first bus only as a last resort
Clean and tidy smart and helpful staff, polite and friendly. New their subject matter pretty well.

It connects to all the towns such as Truro, Redruth, Penzance, Bodmin, Camborne, Falmouth, St Austell, St Mawes, Probus, St Ives and a host of other communities around the county.nnFirst Kernow Buses are the primary providers and you can get bus ticket on the website or on boarding the buses.nnThe national coach also uses the station for national transit.
Journey going to truro was pleasant but the bus was late 20.11 am instead of 11.08 am coming back to newquay was much better and bus was on time
