This is the letter I wrote to the Truly Scrumptious team: 

Hi Paul, I feel I have to write to you to say a huge THANK YOU to you and your excellent staff for making our birthday party on Saturday 6th June so amazing. 

The team couldn’t have been more helpful with the preparation, creativity in design, and delivery of our two castle cakes. Rod was absolutely thrilled with them; when you get someone saying “these are the best birthday cakes I’ve ever had! EVER!!!” and “I’m going to be telling everyone about these for the rest of my life! They’re amazing!” you know they’ve hit the mark.

The castle cakes were the centrepiece in the room and were photographed by almost everyone there. Large chunks went away with everyone in foil and are no doubt being shared amongst half of Scotland :-)

Absolutely delicious cakes, amazing design and technical abilities, and great service – what more could any customer ask! Well done. We are singing your praises to everyone and I’m sure our guests will be doing the same.
