I had a flawless experience with Truly Madly Deeply. I already had a rough idea of what style I liked as I had been to previous shops so Debbie instantly had some in mind that I would like. I picked out a few I liked first to try on and based on what I did or didn't like about each one, Debbie gave further recommendations. After trying on the same 2 dresses multiple times, I finally decided on a satin fishtail with embellishments. Debbie was so patient and made me feel so at ease and was so helpful when deciding. She also recommended a seamstress who was also fab! I hadn't felt so relaxed and at comfortable at previous stores until this one. I would highly recommend Truly Madly Deeply to everyone!
I went last week and cannot fault Debbie at all she was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I tried on several styles and the 'curveball' options Debbie presented were excellent. After leaving we chatted about the service and the warmth that we received. We ended up calling back up and Debbie fit us back in again on the same day to retry the dress I said yes to! Faultless and brilliant I'd give more stars if it was possible.

I was dreading the search for a wedding dress! As a non-traditional bride having a non-traditional wedding, I had no idea how I would decide on a style of dress. I was really nervous when I had my appointment but Debbie was lovely & put me at ease straight away. She was really relaxed during the appointment & was in no way pushy, instead just asking questions & making suggestions to help me understand what I really wanted. I ended up buying my dress there & then, more than a year ahead of my wedding, & I couldn't be happier with it. I would recommend anyone to go & see Debbie..particularly if you're a little nervous & would like a nice relaxed appointment!
Truly madly deeply was the third wedding dress shop I went to in the search for my perfect wedding dress and by far the best experience I had. Debbie was very relaxed and helpful during the trying on session and allowed me to take my time with each dress and was extremely patient even when I kept on trying on the same two dresses to compare them! Truely madly deeply has a fantastic range of dresses and, when I found one that was almost perfect, Debbie was able to provide professional advice about altering the dress to make it fit the image I had in my head and provided me with the details of an incredible dress maker to complete the dress! Throughout my experience on the day and subsequent contact with Debbie, she has been extremely helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a relaxing wedding dress trying on experience with down to earth and friendly advice, without any pressure to buy, this is your shop. Oh but make sure you book in advance as she is a popular lady for very good reason!
What can I say, Debbie's expertise certainly picked out the perfect dress for me for my wedding day and made me feel sensational. The compliments I received left me speechless and my husband was stunned by the dress. I decided to dress shop on my own which I know is slightly unusual but with Debbie there to help and advise me this decision was right for me. Initially I felt rather uncomfortable by the whole process but Debbie was magic, quickly putting me at ease and her knowledge of what dress style is likely to be right for you is brilliant. Thank you Debbie, you made me feel a million dollars and I know if any other bride is looking for their dress you'll do the same for them. A great experience from beginning to end so I have no hesitation in recommending Debbie and Truly Madly Deeply
Debbie’s service was second to none, on a trip to visit my sister I was insistent on visiting ‘Truly Madly Deeply.’ Debbie made me very comfortable and welcome in her shop, in fact when I walked through the door she asked me not to ‘look so scared.’ I was completely out of comfort zone but soon got into it! I was able to view the dresses on the hangers and pick out the dresses I’d like to try on. In the end I fell in love with the very first dress I saw and tried on... after trying on about 8 other dresses I always knew I’d go back to the original. I was lucky enough that it’s almost a perfect fit and from the ‘outlet’ part of the shop so I was able to pick it up just two weeks later! I want to say a massive thank you to Debbie for making this once in a life time experience perfect for me. xx
If you're considering visiting Truly Madly Deeply...please do! You won't be disappointed Absolutely amazing service! Called in with my sister just to have a peek at some dresses...Debbie squeezed me in for an appointment there and then! She was professional and listened to what I wanted and worked around that - being honest about what would work best for both me and my wedding location. After leaving, I worked out I had been to 5 shops previously...and Debbie made me feel more relaxed and at ease than any! Truly Madly Deeply is gorgeous and I'm so pleased we decided to chance coming in. Can't wait to return in August for my fittings!!
After visiting a couple of different dress shops, I knew this was the one. Debbie is eccellent and has plenty of time for you and is extremely understanding and helpful. There are great range of dresses and you're given plenty of time to explore. Would recommend to anyone!
At Truly Madly Deeply you can experience a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Debbie is helpful, knowledgeable and supportive without being pushy so if you’re looking for your wedding dress you'll find a diverse choice, great value and a very friendly service. Truly Madly Deeply was the only shop I visited when I first saw the dress in the window and knew immediately it was my dress. I was also shocked that it was within budget. For my recent wedding in Phuket, Thailand, I selected a gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress which was so romantic, had a tulle and chic organza fit-and-flare tiered skirt and a sweetheart neckline. The beautifully embellished bodice featured classic lace motifs and beading and finished with corset closure - everything I wanted : Debbie also recommended an excellent seamstress for the alterations and when completed the dress fitted flawlessly. Truly Madly Deeply is a must for future brides, there are some true gems inside and the gowns are fabulous too! Gael, 2018

I found my dream dress after just trying on two others, Debbie is exceptionally experienced with sound advice & there are lots of fantastic dresses to look at. TMD is a beautiful boutique which we were made very welcome & felt comfortable in, Debbie made it so easy for us to have the best morning ever choosing the perfect dress.
