Absolutely G-Star gym!!! The team are warm, friendly and welcoming! Experts in their fields and always there to provide professional advise with a scientific but intuitive approach. The induction was brilliant on my first day. The gym itself has a huge range of equipment that's clean and working! Everything from cardio, weights, machines and much more! The team are on hand all day to assist if you need help or advise with the machines. Classes are awesome! Changing room is clean with a nice club vibe! Sauna is amazing and the showers are always clean and in working order. The price is exceptional and more than good value for money! What I value the most however, as well as the above, is the actual team themselves. High minds with big hearts, all of them. They definitely make the gym! I walk in feeling at times down in the dumps and come out feeling like a rock star!! : Thank you Tre-Fitness!!!
Such a fantastic gym! The staff are always very welcoming with great customer service. The womens sauna is an absolute treat to use after work - I especially like the blue ambient lighting, very theraputic! An all round amazing gym with a rooftop sea view, helpful staff and a great variety of equipment. I really enjoy working out and taking my pilates classes here!
Awesome gym,great staff and friendly atmosphere. The staff are always welcoming and the gym is absolutely spotless! The gym has excellent equipment catering for all training styles and abilities.Extensive well equipped free weights/machine area, functional area,cardio equipment,studio. Other great points are sauna's in the changing rooms, sunbed,large selection of supplements and drinks.
Owner and staff couldn’t have been more more helpful and friendly. It’s a masterpiece of x amount facilities in one, something for everyone. You feel relaxed and able to do your utmost best. Great variety of equipment can really isolate muscle groups, equally impressive heavy weight selection. Looking forward to returning.
Over many years I have been to several gyms but this gym I particularly enjoy. A very relaxed atmosphere for all and a large selection of machines, some of them are the first time I have encountered them in a gym, and good free weights space. The last gym was ok but becoming way too busy and I was always feeling rushed to move to the next exercise. At Tre Fitness you can really plan your routine before you get there and train as fast or slow as you want. The facilities are first class, the sauna and sunbed are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Selfishly I hope the gym doesn't become too busy
Hands down the best gym in Folkestone. Great space, great equipment, great atmosphere, great price. Really professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff Trey, Sam and Ryan aka Kieran. I couldn't recommend this gym highly enough.
Super friendly gym with a real community spirit, staff always warm and welcoming. Loads of equipment. The classes are great, Richie is a brilliant trainer - very knowledgeable, smiley, and enthusiastic, always creates a fun, inclusive atmosphere in his classes, putting people at ease from the minute you walk in. By far the best gym I've been to!
A great gym that's friendly to travellers. I worked out for a few days here on day passes while I was in town for a conference. Most of the hotels in Folkestone don't have a gym, so I was happy to find this place. The gym staff and management were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They have a good range of modern cardio, strength, and core equipment, including some less common things most gyms don't have. The facility is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. They've got a good music playlist and the volume is at a low and reasonable level. This is definitely the best gym option in the area.
Great atmosphere where staff are friendly and clientele have been respectful and courteous every time I have been in, I'm new after a 14 day trial, its going to take me a few weeks to get around all the aquipment! but so far I love it! I'm just out of rehab after an accident so back at the gym properly for the first time in over a year, its a perfect place to just go and do your thing and feel confident and comfortable
I use this gym whenever I'm down in folkestone. It's a perfect location next to the sea. There's a massive selection of weights and machines, plenty of space to work out. This gym is always in pristine condition as well, very clean. I only wish it was closer to where I live in London!
