First class service from customer relationship personnel.  I have always found them to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very personable, calm and patient. They are a delight to deal with.  Jasmine Thompson-Heron was particularly helpful in explaining the process of making a withdrawal from my account online.  She was very patient as she talked me through step by step of how to log into my account and navigate the TP website and the actions I needed to take in order to complete the process.
