We have used ARB for a huge number of accessories over the past year or more now and everything we have purchased is always exceeding our expectations . Just used the Truckman ‘support’ system, by starting a chat early on a Sunday evening. Within a few hours and certainly not with expected hours I received a response by ‘Tim’ asking for the relevant information to help me out.nWhilst on this occasion my particular issue wasn’t resolved directly, I was given advice that should solve the problem from ‘Bob’ who I guess works on the design/production side of things.nIn a world of ‘bots’ and ‘automated responses’ it’s SO much better to be able to explain the situation to a human and get the appropriate response.nWell done Truckman, I’ll be using you again!
Quick, friendly and efficient help from Tim via the online chat on website ensured my order was correct for the vehicle. Great service and a refreshing change to most companies. Thanks. Will definitely use trucking.co.uk again.
After a 2 hour drive, I found I wasn't booked in, but the staff were very good and got me sorted. All I can say is the staff are very friendly and professional, I would certainly recommend them, and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
In September 24 , I had a replacement truckman rear door after a short while the glass became all glazed and went to turn the handle part of the window shattered. Rang truckman and explained the issue , was told they don't usually cover glass under warranty but suggested I took photos along with the serial number and send an email to see if they could do anything. I was then contacted again and had to provide further photos and again was told we don't usually cover glass but upon speaking to a manager was told on this occasion we will replace window FOC. I was not expecting this and am so grateful to Truckman for their brilliant , polite and helpful service.
