Firstly I’m not one to give a bad review to any places, but with this place I was left extremely let down by food and service quality. The chicken and chips looked nice but tasted off and absolutely vile sauce which made it worst. We ordered this massive platter with variety of food, with beef, wings, dumplings, spring rolls. I kid you not one thing was fresh. The beef was off like it’s weeks old and smelt soo bad made me feel sick. we called the staff over and asked to speak to a manager.. as he came over he seemed soo annoyed spoke to us like peasants. No customer service skills and we complained of the food as it’s off we are not paying for it. So I told him exactly what I wanted to pay for was the chips. Chips looked and tasted liked they been fried 3 x but the only thing we forcefully ate as we was hungry. I wouldn’t waste money and time in this place. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Would never visit again. To say the least left my stomach extremely upset.
Food was good but ruined by food coming out at different times. I had almost finished mine before the rest of the food arrived. Also when we wanted a drink it took ages to get one and considering the food is quite spicy it made it difficult to continue eating. On top of this they add a 12.5% service charge by default which is just bad practice.
Tried it out and fell in love with their food. Ordered for my partner and I but ended up eating only one portion as they were huge portions yet. Amazing place and food, can’t wait to be back. Would definitely recommend!Food: 5/5
Food was alright we ordered spicy one but wasn’t at all, I liked their curry dumplings and curly fries The place was nice and yes their mojitos are good.
Usually love eating here but last night our service was very slow and we noticed the manager was working with AirPods in which I think is rude. We ordered 3 small plates and a chicken dish. We had one of the chicken filets and as we started to cut into the second one we noticed it was raw. We told the server and he didn’t understand what we were saying so he got the manager. The manager told us the chicken comes precooked and it is 100% cooked even though it was pink?? The manager offered us the same dish which we declined. My partner instantly had to go to the bathroom he was in there for 20 mins with an upset stomach, he has been ill all night and is worrying as our close friend has been in hospital for a week with salmonella. When the bill came £5 was taken off, rather than the price of the whole dish. Not happy at all and I will be taking this further.
Great atmosphere and food and the best bit it’s halal! We went for the 3 bowl hawkers I think they’re called and they were the best decision we made! So moreish and full of flavour. We also got the bao buns with chicken and hoisin duck which were succulent and again packing with great flavour. It will definitely become our go to place in the Trafford centre.
The flavours of the food tastes good but the quality of the chicken is a little off putting. I have been here a few times across the years and think the same thing each time I visit. The salt and pepper curly fries are delicious. The price is relatively cheap.
Terrible food terrible service avoid this restaurant unless you want to waste your money. All the boa buns tasted the same HORRIBLE! We ordered the tru barbarian, the waitress asked if we would like it spicy or not we opted for not spicy as my son was having some too. The entire thing was super spicy yet extremely bland like it was boiled in spice. The ribs was pure fat, the lamb chops were dry like liver and the chicken disgusting im sorry but its my honest opinion we left there hungry. At no point did any waiter or waitress check on us it was like they just avoided us until we left. Trying to getvtheor attention was difficult, but I think this is because they know their food is awful. I did, however, take the chicken home and added seasoning and sauce to it to make it palatable, and I was not cooking from scratch so late on a Sunday night, and I paid for it
Wanted to go for a while here, sat down ordered drinks then food with a nice girl who was friendly and pleasant, but over 40 mins to get the food after having to ask where it was was disappointing. PityFood: 4/5
Perfect spot to have lunch after a long day shopping at the Trafford Centre. The menu was broad which I loved and the food was very flavourful. The portions were quite big which is great as it was filling.Food: 5/5
