Toilets are locked up, so they can not be used, which is not very helpful.nReasonable amount of shelter and seating. Ticket office and indoor seating only appears to be open at certain times
Decent sized station. Good parking, easy access, buses linked to town centre. Problem is that it feels very sad and run down.
Access to public toilets 24/7 would be very helpful and when the kiosk is closed the ticket machines don't take cash. The conductors don't always appreciate having to ticket a carriage load of passengers.
Toilets were locked, ticket machine screen was angled so badly I had to bend down in order to read it, that didn’t help much and I had to start overnnOther than that it was clean, and had trains, a footbridge, plenty of parking on a Sunday. Announcements were clear so that’s unusual.
No member of staff on the entire station and tickets office is closed
