"The River Tees Watersports Centre opened in 2001 and is home to the Tees rowing Club, Tees Tigers Canoe Club, Powerhouse dragon boat Club, Wheelyboats and The Jet Ski Club.Our balcony, bar and function rooms are also available for Weddings, Christenings, Family gatherings and other social occasions.We are registered for civil ceremonies with a private car park and fully accessible family facilities.We host several regattas and other water events on the river throughout the year."

The best place in Teeside to join a club to take up rowing, dragon boating or canoeing. You can also get married here or have your engagement party first. Christenings are also very popular with plenty of space for the children, family changing and 50 car parking spaces. Well stocked bar also suitable for funeral arrangements.

Held a birthday party at the venue!  Great place - straight forward booking with recommendations to help via very helpful Manager & bar staff. Will use again I’m sure!  Disabled access

Came here for a surprise birthday party. A smaller venue but well organised & presented by the small staff. A good venue for the occasion.

Perfect place for water sports. A fab hall and bar with kitchen for weddings, parties and so on

First time at this venue!! Attended a birthday party, beautiful place overlooking the River tees, also the affinity Bridge in view. Bar staff absolutely first-class,. This place is a hidden gem, parking free.

Just had my wedding party here... The venue is spacious and the views from the veranda are Fabulas... Especially when the lights come on the infinity bridge.. Beautiful.. The staff very helpful and Alan 2 of them the main men couldn't do enuf for us... This is a little gem of a venue Thanx for a great night x

Afternoon party, barmaid absolute star, needs a second helper though ,she was run off her feet, waited  little too long at times, but had a lovely time. My wife thought it was cold

Excellent facility.  Lovely views over the river.  Good parking.

Fantastic venue that is a jewel in the crown, for weddings, events, highly recommend by Candykaren, and will be a highly sort after venue in the Northeast
