Third year attending The Winterstorm Rock Festival. Great venue with ample standing and seating options. Good facilities all round.
A great venue for various events. I've attended many music festivals and concerts here, more recently the Status Quo tribute band who were phenomenonal!nSpacious, roomy, well kept, modern and clean roomy toilets. It's a great venue for any occasion!
Went to tribute AC/DC gig there.. 2nd time as was there last year . Great venue topped off by good band
I attend regularly to donate blood. The building is old and is showing many signs of wear. I would love to see some money spent on updating the structure and decoration. The fancy lights are coated in dust, the heavy curtains essential for performances are well past their best, faded and worn. I doubt the windows have been cleaned in the last 5 years, inside or out. I regularly see performance advertisements, so the building is in use. Like everything now, spending money is too difficult. I would hate to see a building like this lost to developers. We need to hold on to our history, however neglecting the basics only compounds the situation. Such a shame.
First time visiting this lovely Huge Hall,all facilities were catered for Food ,Drinks were varied and delicious. Real Ales and a few choices of Alcohol Free beers. Great variety of bands from around the world over the Winterstorm weekend,the Seating in balcony was very comfortable.
