Goodness! Over the years I used to shop there because the clothes really are nice.  However, I found the owner ? manageress ? so cold and inhospitable I eventually stopped going. Then last summer I went back and she was so horrible I decided I would never go back. Shopping for beautiful clothes is about the 'whole experience' and she just ruins it. Their site came up tonight whilst I was looking for a particular label and, for the first time, I saw 2 reviews which pretty well replicated my experience.  I felt rather relieved that it wasn't just me being thin skinned and rather precious. That, after all, is her role!

I go in once or twice a year when I want something special and ask for suggestions. I end up trying things I would never have chosen for myself off the rail and am gently cajoled into trying some wonderful combinations. Most of my nicest pieces come from here and come out again and again for different occasions. A really personal experience that works for me!

I couldn’t speak more highly of the lovely lady who has helped me the few times I’ve been in Troon. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she has, I believe, a real flair for fashion and pushing the boundaries of what goes well with what and patiently coping with my indecisiveness. She calls a spade a spade, I guess some people might not like this. I like her individually and candidness.

Awful experience! The owner was so ill-mannered and discourteous I just dumped the clothes and left. Maybe there was something wrong! I didn't have the courage to ask if she was ok because her attitude toward me was so offensive. Such a shame as I was out to treat myself.

Well worth a visit  , the shop owner is excellent at co-ordinating outfits she has a very good eye . Everything is of good quality  and there a good range of prices to suit.  If you are looking for high street quality style then its not for you .

Impeccable service from someone who knows how to put an outfit together. Can’t recommend highly enough.
