First class garage with decent mechanics.nnAudi had quoted me thousands to repair my car when all it needed was a proper mechanic to do some investigation work. TRM found what was causing the warning light on my dash and changed the part for new at a fraction of the cost audi quoted. These guys have saved me a fortune.nnGreat team. Superb. TRM were really good to us. We had an issue with a Passat wheel sensor causing havoc on a dozen other related systems it would appear. We booked it in and TRM did it swiftly and efficiently. They had good comms, sorted the matter easily it seems where many others had not. No probs since. They also replaced an unrelated switch for free I provided the new switch; which they had previously priced as a few hours labour perhaps it turned out not require the hours!
I don’t trust just anyone with my cars. The knowledge, care and honesty that comes with using TRM is fantastic. A family run business which often goes above and beyond to get the job done. If you’re not happy, then you’ve done something wrong! Highly recommended.
Awesome team at TRM. Tim gave some great advice for my Transporter and subsequently fitted an anti roll bar, which has transformed the ride of my van. Thanks to Lisa, Tim and all @teamtrm
Tim came to the rescue when our VW campervan developed an electrical fault 24 hrs before leaving for a road trip in Europe on our honeymoon! He was recommended to us by the local VW campervan group as we aren't locals. He was so helpful & knowledgeable, a real professional, passionate about what he does & offering great customer service. He identified the fault, located a supplier that had the part in stock which in itself was a miracle and got us back on the road for a very reasonable price. Ably assisted by the very sweet Kittypoo! We're always nervous about entrusting our van to a new garage but Tim was brilliant and we would highly recommend TRM.
