Beautiful customer service. A man name Akhtar was the most welcoming clerk I’ve ever met. I highly reccommend this spot for cheap fixes. My screen protector was applied flawlessly for a bloody cheap price aswell! I can not stress enough how convenient and efficient this institute is
Had to take my phone back twice to be fixed and was charged on both occasions. This was due to them not seeing and fixing the full extent of the issue. I couldn't use my phone for 4 days. After my phone was repaired, I found that they had damaged my SIM card. So I still couldn't use my phone. This ruined my birthday and New Years.
If you would like to be scammed, come here! Charged me double for printing even when the prices are clearly labelled around the computers. Follow the prices that you have in the store or don't have them up.

Took my phone here to get the cracked screen replaced and three months later I had to come back because the screen stopped working for NO reason. Got it fixed AGAIN and the same thing happened I wasted like £300 on getting my phone temporarily fixed when I could have bought a new phone instead not to mention he has blocked my number entirely
Always friendly and helpful to us when we want to access the computers or to request something to be printed, reasonable prices too, some of the time it can get busy but overall this is the best Internet cafe at the heathway, they also sell mobile phone accessories and repair some phones too depending on the make and model, but we only go in here to print as we do not have a printer at home, would recommend this shop for any of the above needs
My phone lcd screen had completely spoilt. Was fixed to even better than normal with a same day service !
