Extremely disappointed with service at this Garage today. Booked car in for MOT and service a month ago. Arrived at 8:30am to be told that service and MOT staff were on permanent sick and that they would do their best to get it done. No rush that's fine. 6 hours later a phone call to say service was done but can't do the MOT you'll have to see if you can book in over the weekend with Kwik Fit or Halfords as we don't open at the weekends,they will do it while you wait!!!!!! My MOT runs out on Monday!!!! Then was told a standard service charge is £195 after putting the phone down and telling my partner who went nuts at this, rang back but still no help with an MOT. Picked my car up and as a good will gesture charged me for parts £59 but left with no MOT fully booked everywhere else in the area, now having to go to a garage miles away Monday Morning, I'm self employed so loss of earnings and no end of hassle. Suffice to say I would not recommend this garage, terrible way to run a business
I have been meaning to give a review for 7 years as that's how long I've been with this garage. I wouldn't go any where else. The service is brilliant and efficient. I've had various issues with several cars and they always sort it out quickly, wether its a puncture, or a service or just some advice. Reasonable prices too! Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service and very obliging. Car went in for MOT late morning and several issues found. Managed to get the car sorted including outside sourced parts same day. Brilliant - and at a very good price too. 5*.
John and his team are the most capable and professional motor mechanics in the north east. Honest and reliable, they are great at communicating technical issues in a clear and non-patronizing manor. Great people to deal with and thoroughly recommended.
