Waited 4 years to been seen, had 1 appointment and 9 weeks later still not another appointment booked in. I call three times every day before they close and no one ever answers the phone. I would go to the office but I have my own job to do. Please for the love of god answer the phone so I can boom an appointment, just imagine if air was an emergency. I don’t understand why I wasn’t allowed to boom an appointment before leaving the first appointment. Only had one appointment and very unhappy and not impressed.
Can not fault the dentists here, lovely and charming plus very knowledgeable but try calling and you won't get anyone to answer the phones. Such a shame front desk letting the team down as otherwise brilliant
Appalling receptionist, very rude ,poor listening skills would not recommend this place.
Brilliant service! As some reviews have already established it does take a little while to get through to them, but once you do , you can’t fault them! My son, lost his elastics while on holidays, and was fretting about the treatment being prolonged, I called them asking for replacement to be sent and had no issues. Very efficient team, from reception to the orthodontists. Thank you!
Staff always chatting around not getting work done, so many patients no staff
