I have visited Sara at Trinity several times over the last few years.nAlways very welcoming and has incredible knowledge. The treatment and advice given to me has helped me greatly.nWould recommend Trinity Clinic to anyone who is suffering from back/neck pain or has any issues in these areas.
Recently had a daith piercing at Trinity Clinic and am so happy I did. My headaches have massively reduced and when I do get them they are far less painful than before.
I have found my treatments with Sara to be immediately effective at addressing my neck and leg pains. In fact she treats the whole body so I come back regularly and feel a whole lot better for it. I cannot recommend her highly enough - she calls upon a wealth of experience and supporting techniques. Brilliant.
I first started seeing Sara in 2010 to help with my misaligned pelvis due to MS. I'd been using a walking stick to help me get about but this had caused more problems than it solved. Leaning on the stick caused my pelvis to go out in 3 different positions and I would look down and my bottom half would be pointed in a different position to the top half. The pain was unbearable and the fear of becoming bed bound was very real.nWith regular visits, my pelvis became more stable. The pain has gone and now if my pelvis goes out of place it is mild in comparison, easily aligned and remains that way.nI will enternally remain grateful and thankful that I found Sara when I did. She has kept my body upright and moving despite the progression of my MS. She is constantly learning new techniques and methods of treatment. She is incredibly knowledgeable, sympathetic, kind and she alters the treatment accordingly. If you're delicate there is no need to fear a treatment off her.nHer premises are situated on flat ground with parking and a small step to get into a spotlessly clean consultation room. There is even a bathroom which, if you're like me, is a constant source of anxiety.nSo, a huge THANK YOU Sara. You took away my pain, you repaired my pelvis and you continue to give me check ups and keep me going. Without her I dread to think what physical state I would be in.
