There are certain elements in this cafe/bakery that could be improved; better ventilation to keep the smells of fry ups away from sitting area, better layout of checkout counter and a general tidying up behind the counter. The coffee came looking bland but surprisingly was good. It had a thick head of foam which I'm partial to and a good strong coffee oomph! Certainly will keep my buzzing for a bit! It's the same with the sandwiches that tasted better than it looks. Overall, it's OK and I wouldn't mind coming back again.

Would not recommend this place.very disappointed at the birthday cake i ordered. Wasn't what i was expecting, sponge was very thin,  all you could taste was icing and butter cream would of been much better if there had been more sponge and the decoration was disappointing. Told them i wasn't happy that id payed so much money for a very thin cake so they reduced the price but still felt like id payed to much for it.

ordered birthday cake for my sons birthday at least 4 wks notice to find design and make the cake, unfortunately extortionate prices and definately not professionally done ,ordered chocolate sponge cake , the design obviously done by an amateur and tasted dry and burnt in parts, would not recommend to anyone especially on an important occasion , they show you fantastic pictures of so called cakes they have done , picture on trip advisor , don't waste your money I wouldn't want anyone as disappointed as I was , unfortunately I took the cake in desperation as I needed a cake that evening, tesco shelf cakes taste better and nowhere near the price, could not give zero score so had to rate it 1 , does not deserve that

Staff can be a little hit and miss and the tables are crammed in but the food is really lovely and worth the other difficulties
