This place is superb. Had loads of paint spilled on my van but now you wouldn’t even know it happened. Also all the staff are very polite and helpful and the turnaround was very quick.

The owners of Trident - can you please think about local residents who live around your business. 
You have 6 vehicles parked on our street - showing you have no respect for residents trying to park near their own home .
We too are potential customers . And we are collectively sick and tired of your vans taking up the entire road ; we have been very patient ... but it’s gone beyond the joke ! 
I appreciate your well within your rights to park wherever - but have some thought and consideration.

Had a lady drive into my brand new fiat 500 and as a young new driver I had no idea what I needed to do with regards to getting my car fixed. Called and spoke to Rob and he talked me through everything explaining it all clearly and helped me communicate and organise everything through the ladies insurer. It was such an easy process, drop my car off with them, they fixed it good as new and cleaned it up and I came back to pick it up. Easy as that! Such good customer service and will always go back here if any further bumps (touch wood there isn't!) thanks guys!
