Iv been very disappointed with the service from Trident lately. Iv been for the last 23years . When iv needed a repair doing all iv had to do was to pick up the phone and arrange for someone to come out.  For the past fortnight iv been ringing and ringing with no reply. Iv also left 2 messages on the website still no reply back. Last straw was I had to phone the emergency I was told by the engineer was to turn the water off by the toilet and was to use a bucket of water to help the waste down the bend . He will come out the next day . THAT WAS LAST THURSDAY!!. FRIDAY CAME AND WENT THE WEEKEND CAME AND WENT IM STILL USING A BUCKET    TO FLUSH THE WASTE AWAY ! STILL NO ENGINEER. !! Iv had to take a day off from work to go to the office.  A 45 minute drive to get there for a 5min chat to a very apologist office worker.  Yes she was very helpful thank you dear iv forgotten your name sorry.  She did arrange for the engineers to come out to my address. You pay your rent on time you expecta service, but they are quick enough to chase when your late paying your rent. That's my rant over  I'm happy they have done the repairs now.  Happy flushing

Worst company on the planet. Rude unprofessional staff sitting and paid to do nothing.

Absolute shambles of a company. My partner had such a horrible experience with them.. he had to give up a flat because the repairs were not done the flat itself was not maintained and his now in debt paying off housing benefits for a flat that WAS NOT liveable. Oh and apparently they only have two properties to offer my partner which were both dingy places that nobody else wanted l. Beware

I now have a lovely home thanks to a lovely staff for showing me a lovely flat which I now call home. Thank you trudient housing for a lovely and safe flat so happy. Trudient staff are very welcoming and helpful. I have no problems with them. Trudient are so much better than my old landlord.

Great place to work - nice people

Every time we've called them although they just say yeah or hello, no professionalism at all, transferred to someone in the organisation who just answered 'what' when answering. You need some serious customer care training folks. Luckily our family member is not a tenant any more. Unfortunately not found anyone in the organisation who is either helpful or polite, I'm sure they're in there somewhere but honestly I've not found anyone. Our family member has moved to another association and they couldn't be more helpful, a total difference.

Lived here for 3 yrs now. And all of a sudden the past year it's gotten much worse. Intimidation from random neighbour on different floor. And the constant screaming and shouting out of some guys window. Cant tell if its above or below. Music full blast all night and all day. Never had this problem until now. It needs dealing with. I'm writting this at 00.15 am and the music its loud  I feel sorry for the people living directly next to it. No respect . Obviously whoever it is is new... I'm sure it's the same guy who shouts out of his window while either on his phone or whoever he is speaking to. But screams and shouts.. i use to recommend this association now I want to leave but I cant as there r no other places without a hefty deposit or conditions

Been with them a number of years and they have never been worse. Customer service is non existent and they tolerate anti social behaviour in their accommodation as long as the rents being paid. Recently given a bucket and told to clean up the black mould myself and always leave the windows open, even in winter.

So happy trudient housing one of their lovely staff showed me a flat the 1st one was too small and I didn't like it. So I turned it down.  2nd flat is lovely I now call this flat home so happy and very safe round here. Thank you trudient housing. I wasn't on the trudient housing waiting list for long filled the form about april 19 and by July/ August19 i viewed 2 flats. The 2nd flat is much better thank you trudient housing and the team.
