I've only ever experienced good things from the staff in Tricker's. The shoes themselves are impeccable - I've owned four pairs of Tricker's now. Perfect for those who want comfy, hard wearing boots with a distinctively British styling.
Traditional British shoemaker. A place where you like the atmosphere, the interior and the service as much as the wonderful shoes.
Popped in to try a few pairs of the country boots. Received first class service and advice on what was a very busy day in the sales. They didn't have the style I wanted in stock on the day so I ordered from the website. Beautiful boots.
Outstanding service and shoes. Very high quality
Mediocre shoes and employees. During sales, prices may be tempting but the condescending service is really off-putting. Go down 2 stores and buy at Crockett & Jones instead
Probably the worst customer service in the world.
Had a great pair of bespoke plain Oxford shoes made. Also, given a free when when I damaged then accidentally.
Perfect service as always.
A due pit stop all the times I pass from London, a good thing to do
