Just got our carpet installed and we are extremely happy with the service and installation. Damien and Odhran were extremely helpful and professional. The fitters were clean, tidy and had great attention to detail. We would highly recommend them!
1st star for good friendly first impressions. - 1st star for not communicating with their suppliers about what actually is in stock from their display. 2nd star for delivering the floor - 2nd for telling me the joiner was ill and not answering his phone.... No effort was made to source another joiner. - 3rd for abandoning their customer, with no explanation leaving customer with bare floors and empty rooms ready for work to commence forcing myself to seek joinery business elsewhere. A service from the start they said they would provide. Result, sourced another joiner but will spend 3 weeks with a concrete floor and empty rooms until it's finally ready to re furnish. - 4th Quality of the product is terrible, the joiner I had to source myself had an infuriating experience working with the material. Supreme Laminate flooring 8mm, advised to avoid it.
Very good value for money, wealth of experience and great selection of carpets. Will be recommending to friends and family.
Got my sitting room carpet fitted today and I'm over the moon with it..my experience with Odran in store and Paul who fitted it with his colleague was top class..nothing was too much for them..excellent service from start to finish..highly recommend JT carpets 100%...many thanks.
Damien & Odrun did a great job sorting carpet for my stairs, very quick, very reasonable price, and a great job all round. Definately wouldnt pass these two for carpet!
Great people and very friendly great prices got my daughters home and my home fitted with linoleum and wooden floors the men came out and were very nice and helpful and good prices great place
