James Farmer was the tech who discovered the leak and suggested the appropriate plan of action for repair. JOB WELL DONE JAMES ! Much to my delight, James was also the tech who installed the replacement coil last week. Now there are many service technicians that are good, and many that are average and many you care not to have back in your home. James Farmer is a talented, meticulous and skilled technician that is EXCELLENT at his craft. His methodical troubleshooting methods ensure the problem is found and fixed the first time, the right way. If you need A/C service don’t hesitate to call Trent Heating and Air. If you are fortunate, JAMES FARMER will be dispatched to diagnose and repair your problem. You will be more than satisfied by his skilled talents in meeting your needs.
‼ Former employee review ‼ I worked with Sam and Scott for 9+ years. They always meet my needs as an employee and a human being. I started out pretty green there, and through initiative and hard work, Sam would always advance me to the next phase upon request and readiness.
