Absolutely disgusting! Was holding on for over a 1hr 15mins, Was caller 1 for 45mins! And then to be told they couldn't actually give me any of the results I was ringing for!! Disgusting service!! They are not care navigators they are jumped up receptionist, care navigators care about the patients but these receptionists find it difficult to even answer their phone which is their job!!
the whole world has gone back to normal but this surgery still will not accept walkin-s to book an appointment so we have to hold on 20 mins in Q just to talk to reception in an attempt to book an appointment. Disgrace
These RECEPTIONIST are hard to be polite to when they are rude and sarcastic and constantly fob you off repeating the same thing ‘call back at 8am. I never get a yes or I can ‘help in anyway ..or to even pass on leave a msg.It is ridiculous and hard not to lose patience with them .every time I need help or support these RECEPTIONIST are NO help what’s so ever! which is a shame because the doctors and nurse are more understanding and compassionate in wanting to help. Management should Not Ignore how these old ladies at the desks perform and take calls and talk to distressed patience who are in dire help ! and wonder why patience get aggressive and angry on the phone ..You’d think our way of life and the world we live in today’s society would update its choice of staff…training in managing compassion and respectas respect is a 2 way street ,and maybe age appropriate ! I have nothing against the older generation just the rude and incompetent staff at the front desk of this doctors surgery. I asked if they called leave a msg for doctor Rumbles as he was in and fully booked ,as usual and once again I got the same response leading me to lose my call . Good luck to other patience dealing with the same issue as I can sympathise
Normally use the online booking service but that has been closed down. Told that you have to ring at 8am for a appointment by the time I get through all appointments have gone and told to ring next day. As I am having to shield due to a life threatening medical condition how am I expected to get a appointment. Have been trying to get appointment for the last 2 weeks. Definitely getting fed up with trying to get appointment specially when they have a duty of care.
Shocking way that the reception staff talk to people, was also given a sarcastic remark back as to why i had forgotton my mask I wasnt there for an appointment, just to ask a question...I hope the practise manager has some staff training soon..too many jobsworth receptionists working there. stuck up bi*****
Absolutely disgusting service received today. Had an appointment booked for this evening only for them to cancel it 15 minutes after getting the appointment. Was then told to call back at 3pm to get a call from the GP. As such I called back, was then promised a call by 6pm from the GP No call was ever received. Why make promises and make appointments if you cannot adhere to them?
An excellent surgery with approachable front of house staff and really good doctors and nurses. If you are within their catchment They have a split site practise, Trench Wood and Hildenborough then I would recommend them without any hesitation.
Excellent admin and care. Very popular surgery however there is walk in available for those unhappy about apparent lack of immediate availability of appointments.
Impossible to make an appointment.Min 2 weeks wait if you try to book.Hardly ever answer phone was ringing for over 7 mins on Tuesday and no answer.Phone at 8am they say we keep appointments open, good luck with that.Receptionist are not helpful,shame as the doctors are good.
Excellent doctors and very helpful receptionists. I recommend them as the best surgery I have ever used
