Ice cream was lovely, however staff were rude and unhelpful. I did not feel welcome at all. The ladies were more bothered about gossiping rather then serving customers.
Paid £4.95 for a caramel iced coffee. It was horrible. Way over priced for something McDonald's makes better and far cheaper. Couldn't taste caramel, the coffee was over bareing, made with water not milk and the smallest squirt of whipped cream. For a ice-cream place I thought it would have had some icecream made into it. Had to end up giving the drink to my partner he didn't like it either . Don't think I would come here again
Probably the best ice cream I've tasted in Cornwall. We visited last week before reading any reviews. I will agree that the lady serving didn't really smile however after chatting to her for a bit she warmed a little. We returned the next day because the ice cream was so good and the lady serving was much more welcoming. Don't let the bad reviews put you off tasting truly delicious tasting ice cream. Yes customer service is important but sometimes the product is worth ignoring the unhappy face for.
on the way back to my car, i stopped by this shop, ordered a sausage roll and after one bite i found a clump of white and green mould on my sausage. returned it immediately for a refund , the woman there was completely unbothered, didn’t seem to care at all, and i’m not even sure if she even binned the batch of sausage rolls that mine came from.
Lovely selection of ice creams available in tubs or a variety of cones. There are a few tables where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream. Reasonably priced but definitely not cheap. Keep in mind payment is only excepted in cash.
Very disappointing!! Purchased 3 ice creams all of different flavours. All were very grainy/gritty perhaps a poorly mixed powder mix. Lots of others in Looe of much better quality.
Woman was so miserable and rude, I asked if she did kids smoothies and she said no so I asked for her to split a large smoothie into two cups as they didn't do kids smoothies and she said she would have to charge me extra as the cups are expensive.. like were talking about a plastic cup here! So I said just use the one then.. ive been before too and got a smoothie for me and asked for just mango to which she told me they're pre made. So they're not even real smoothie, its just frothy juice with no real fruit. Definitely won't be returning ever again
Miserable and extremely rude woman serving. Her only redeeming feature was her amazing ability to show the facial expression of sheer distain! Expertly rounded off by a cough and splutter into the same hand that had just recently held my ice cream cone.
Ice creams were very good. All the flavours and sizes of cones for all the family. Staff member could have smiled it wouldn't hurt
Sold us mouldy sausage rolls and the pasties are dry and just full of potato.barely any meat in the supposedly traditional pasty Disgusting! Avoid if you value your health!
