Great area for sports and at time of visit football pitch being used and crowds of public support One BIG downside was dog mess everywhere on grass and paths even in the children's play area poor show from dog owners in area
Nice big area with a skate park there as well. Would be nice if people would pick up after their dogs, especially where children play rugby
The wide open fields are bounded by plenty of woodland. There are rough parts plus some intriguing slopes on the far side of the link road.
Great place for my daily? walk. Good paths and lots of trees and wilder areas.Shame about litter being left though.
Large empty open space,trees grass and plenty of room to stretch you're legs play footy or roam around the woods, perfect for getting your excercise or clearing you're head,one of cardiff secret gardens, well worth a visit.
Huge. Woods are cool. Generally clean and tidy, grass kept well, football pitches/goals, ramps, enclosed sports area, boxing gym, beautiful trees, plenty of bins.....the mitorbikes etc are abit annoying but not a daily occurance, car park, enclosed park with swings and slide etc, dog friendly, benches to rest/relax, nursery/childcare......an all round great place
Went there for parkrun. Seemed quiet and calm. Nice big fields.
Great park to take the dog for a run. Loads of room, can get very mucky in winter though. Kids play rugby very often here on the weekends.
Lovely enclosed up to date park, hard floored, lacks an adult swing. Everything you'd want your your younger children.
A great park that is absolutely massive and has playing space for all. There are dozens of football pitches and its a hive of activity on the weekends with matches galore. The only issue is the carnage when the matches are over as the car park becomes a free for all. Trying to then get out onto Cowbridge Road at the traffic lights is absurd!
