Very disappointed with the kennel. My two dogs came back absolutely stinking which leads me to believe they have been laying in the residue which has not been cleaned away. I noticed that my boy's urine was very dark (almost brown) so gave him some water, I've never seen him lap up so much so quickly so he must have been very dehydrated and not provided with adequate water during the stay. The staff a fine and the price is cheap. But you get what you pay for, which is a fairly shabby set up in need of a lot of renovation. The dogs apparently get one 20-30 min walk in the field depending on how busy they are and judging by their energy levels on collection I'm not convinced this is enough. All in all I think it's suitable as a last resort in an emergency but I will do my best not to use this service again.

We are one of the many Rescues how use Treetops. They are a family run business with a total dedication to the animals in their care. I see behind the scenes and all animals are kept clean, treated with love and we are very happy with the service given to our volunteers and potential homers who visit. There is good car parking and helpful manner. They have a great shop with very competitive prices just wish the locals used them more as they have a great selection. Just really wanted to flag up these kennels

My two GSDs get very excited when they realize they're going on a trip to the kennels which makes me feel secure that they don't mind being there. The staff are helpful and friendly and really get to know the dogs and remember their names. The dogs are exercised and fed well and according to my wishes. The only down side to the kennels is that the dogs don't smell very pleasant when they come home so may be worth remembering you'll need to give your pooches a bath once you get them home.

Absolutely disgusted at this place, after finding a stray dog in the early hours of the morning and being passed pillar to post by numerous organisations. I was told to bring the dog to treetops by the Guildford council out of hours emergency number( dog was found in woking). After driving half an hour at 3 in the morning to this place they refused to take the old blind dog as it wasn't found in Guildford. I asked at least for some food and water as had dog for 2 hours by this point and they told me I could buy some from their shop!!!!! BUY SOME!!! So much for animal lovers and being employed by the council as their emergency kennels to help. Absolutely diabolical!!!! Will be taking this further.
