Visited today with friends for the first time & what a lovely place this is for a few hours stroll amongst truly Jurassic, gigantic flora ! A lovely pebble beach at the bottom with a small cafe. We had a mid afternoon late lunch at the main restaurant after our walk which was very nice. Lovely indoor and outdoor seating. Staff were very friendly. It’s a very dog friendly location. Good spacious car park. Easy route round, good underfoot.
Such an amazing tropical garden, the second time I have been here and it never ceases to amaze. So many different species of plants and the gardens are incredibly well maintained. There is a private beach at the bottom of the garden. Nice CAFE and gift shop also. Highly recommend coming here as part of a trip to Cornwall.
Stunning gardens! I had the best afternoon meandering through these exquisite grounds. A myriad of paths that wind through the valley, leading down to a peaceful cove with many hidden ponds and nooks along the way. Lots of benches if you want to sit and enjoy the surroundings. If the gardens are that stunning in winter I really I can't wait to visit in the spring!
I just love this place. So great with younger children. This time we had our teenage and dog, and just as good. Never disappoints. Swimming in the river. Lovely food including gluten free options. Highly recommend.
A brilliant private garden with an amazing selection of plants. Beautifully laid out and lots of history around the site and collection of specimens. Lovely cafe and dining area. Staff very friendly and, of course, the beach. Fabulous on a hit sunny day.
Just beautiful. Heavily but beautifully planted. The have a pathway through the gardens for those who can't manage steps or are disabled. Fabulous restaurant with a great choice. We have been at different times of year and it never disappoints. Highly recommend.
Lovely little garden with full of plants and the secrete private beach. I loved the view of the valley with lovely plants. I am not an expert of plants and flowers but exploring with the nature was great. There were different routes to stroll so highly recommend walk down to the beach one side and coming back the other side. The bamboo place was incredible. It was a bit shame that the weather was a bit disappointing but believe or not the cloudy weather condition gives a much better photos' quality.
Lovely place to see some beautiful gardens. Adequate parking on entry and a great walk to the beach with several routes their and back so you don’t walk past the same bit twice. Gardens all kept up to a very high standard. Cafe at top with good selection and a but on the beach for hot drinks and ice creams.
This is a fantastic garden. It is beautifully designed and, in summer at least, full of flowers, tree ferns and gunnera plants, all planned around a series of ponds connected by streams. The private beach is small and stony but the sea colour is gorgeous. Very highly recommended for children, parents and grandparents.
We had an absolutely amazing day at Trevor Gardens and there was a military remembrance day for the US 29th army who left on D day from the beach. It was a brilliant day and the gardens were stunning It is a dog friendly venue and our pooch loved it too. Would highly recommend.
