A short of expectation experience. Despite the social media ‘hype’ and action packed menu, the taste and quality falls well behind other rival dessert shops. After 25 minutes wait, whilst the entire restaurant sits idle, the deserts we ordered were nothing more than what could have been a Sunday night home made waffle and a mediocre peanut cake. The waffles and cakes lake creativity, but the focus seems to be on chocolate coverings. A 10 year old could deliver the same or even better quality. The first 1 star in this review can be reserved for the ice cream served with the deserts. Although edible, and somewhat enjoyable, the recipes here are nothing more than chocolate covered overhyped copy cat deserts you can buy even at your high end local supermarket. The cake lacked softness and freshness, whilst the peanuts topping remained the highlight. Overall, a treat that you can find elsewhere at a better price and quality.
My and wife come here often and the food is always amazing. The staff are very nice and always willing to tailor your desserts to your needs. If you want to dial back or dial up a pancake combo you can, as sometimes you just need vanilla ice cream to neutralise the sweetness. Today we were served by the lovely Nia, thank you again.
Amazing desserts. Great selection of ice cream. I had blue bubblegum ice-cream and mango ice cream in a wafer. Friendly staff. The place needs table service and better lighting.

Safa, the dessert maker served us great food quickly and efficiently even though she is working on her own to serve and create the food. 10/10 service. Came here for my friends birthday and left satisfied. AMAZING
Excellent presentation, very clean ,booths that will sit 4/6 my boy had bubblegum milkshake omg ! Gorgeous whipped cream ,freezing cold,sprinkle £5.49 and slice rainbow cake £4.99 ... he enjoyed both very much , wheelchair friendly, upstairs avaible extra seating , everything u can eat in or take out... 5*
Had an amazing experience thanks to my server, Raila. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that made me feel right at home. Raila was attentive and helpful throughout my entire visit, offering great recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my dessert. The desert was absolutely delicious! The shop had a wide variety of treats to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this dessert shop to anyone looking for a sweet treat in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Raila truly went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable, and I can't wait to come back and try more of the delicious desserts on offer.
Excellent service from the host Nia and the rest of the team, really enjoyed our crepes and can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.
