Our party was outstanding from start to finish! Everything ran smoothly, it was well organised and I had no need to ask any questions all information was clearly given. The food was amazing and plenty of it to go round. The laser games were a perfect treat that not only the kids enjoyed but adults too.nnOur party host Arron; was confident, well mannered, attentive, with a bundle of energy and the ability to crowd control over excited 6 year olds. He also understood those with additional needs which was reassuring and so appreciated too!nA job well done! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a party venue
This is the cleanest soft play I have ever been to. Our second visit and could fault it. The staff are so friendly and always have a smile. Thank you so much for an enjoyable visit everytime
today we were there for the morning session and there was one father who was with shoes and when my 5y boy reported him to the staff they told him that in fine, but the rules says that is not see picture very disappointed!
Visited today for the first time with friends, and my 5-year-old loved it.nGreat big climbing frame, lots of seats and tables for adults. The food arrived super quick, and the coffee was good.nThey do a range of hot and cold food. Kids lunch box with 5 items and a drink for £5.50.nThe place looked very clean along with the toilets. Lots of free parking. Staff are very pleasant and busy clearing tables.nWe had a brilliant time here! Can't believe we haven't been here before. Highly recommend it.
staff don't care about the safety rules and let adults to go with shoes where the kids play, even my 5y boy told them they did nothing, very disappointing may not visit again nnvery comfy to say that , for sure we will find better place for our boy! be sure that all our friends are family will find better place too ! if that the way that you do business better to close, the community don't need small businesses like you! it shouldn't matter who reported the case, the treatment should be the same for everyone! if you think that returning my money will solve your problems, you are wrong. the frustration my son received from your staff's response is priceless.
