Great food and speedy service but veggie options were not properly labelled. When my friend asked if there are any - waitress promptly replied 'cant you see?' - not the answer I was expecting. Even if you are having a bad day don't take it out on your customers. Otherwise great location and reasonably priced.Food: 5/5
Good food, but if turn to the authentic Italian taste will be better. Needs modernization. Really good dessert. Amazing service and very clean!
A lovely authentic restaurant. Have mow been here 3 times with friends and family. Recently the menu has been limited and service not as cheerful as is the norm. However food lovely but lacks a bit of atmosphere before 7pmFood: 4/5
Great food portions, amazing customer services, very friendly. My mother and I come here for lunch often.
Really disappointed. We arrived at 6pm and our food arrived at 8:15pm. Lots of items were missing and had to be chased. Those in my party who ordered beef dishes said it was mostly bone and fat and not cooked the way they’d requested. I have to say my Branzino was delicious but I won’t be returning. The only reason we didn’t make a fuss was because we didn’t want to ruin a friends birthday. We had booked in advance so they knew we were coming.
Always been my favourite restaurant. Very generous portions and varied menu. Excellent service and friendly staff. Went there yesterday and it is still as wonderful as ever. The restaurants in South End are really up against it with the curfew but we still need to support our local eateries. We got round the bubble issue by sitting at different tables.
Overall - a good meal. Food portions were large and of home-made taste. A total throw back for us was the little bread stick packets - haven been served these since mid 1990s.. may be replace these with some olives or just simple fresh bread and butter?? Service was slow - only 2 front of house ladies for at least 10 table covers is bit much. Only reason for 4* - got penne instead of linguine and the ice cream dessert was served straight out of the freezer - rather then allowing it to sit for few mins once taken out of the freezer Vegetarian options: Plenty of Veggie options and chef is was able to take make meat free versions of meaty pasts & risotto
Just a personal preference but I do like to speak Italian in an Italian restaurant and one waitress was Portuguese and didn't understand, and the other appeared English. Apart from that it's was great.Food: 5/5
2nd visit really enjoyed night out there again lovely atmosphere lovely staff had skate was superb really recomend this restraunt is so reasonable too. Meet other dinners and chatted real good night for a Tuesday thank you guys at tre fratelli
