Hands down the best local chippy, beats the big names over the road. Reasonably priced and some decent meal deals if you are wanting to feed a family. I would even recommend this place to people who are willing to travel for a decent meal.
Excellent value fish and chips with all the trimmings you would expect to accompany - proper mushy peas with bread & butter and a pot of tea. Other dishes and portions available. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.
Fish was lovely chips was ok but sausage was like rubberand cake was hard n like rubber i could not eat it i won't call again

Much nicer than the big place over the road, lunchtime specials a bargain, proper Yorkshire tea. We call in every time we pick up no.1 son from uni.
