Dealt with a great guy called JJ on the phone and helped me with an issue I had. Within 5 minutes of ringing him, he’d sorted the issue and rang me back.
I haven't purchased any thing from these guys, but they have helped me out with something else and they are really nice people. So buy from them their customer service is the best in the town.

Brilliant service, great staff. I was nervous about going in middle aged woman with shopping bag! but they could not have been more friendly or helpful.
Order products via click and collect on Wednesday had phone call saying ready for collection I advise I would be collecting friday was advised everything would be on a pallet ready for collection to arrive and be told they havnt the stock very poor service account will now be closed
They have and they doing what it says on posters and adverts!they quite fast. That what you need and waiting from places like that. You know how speed needed in construction matirials supply! Happy days Travis making it ! .... not everytime... but mainly.
Good friendly helpful staff
My experience...not too good! Delivery : zero! They skiped the delivery hour by ONE DAY! And by the way...everything is priceless over ther. And you are so beaten on prices... I'll stick to B&Q..
Staff happy to help here and most stuff you need they have and if not can order in for you also delivery is an option
