Great friendly staff, nothing to much trouble.
After having been given the runaround by numerous merchants in the area and receiving the often encountered; can't be bothered attitude. It made a refreshing change to find a completely different experience when dealing with the staff at Travis Perkins Coleford.nnDue to previous shenanigans with other merchants, I rang ahead to check stock that showed as in stock on the website, whereby it was Nicola whom received my call and without asking, she double checked an item of the stock I required LBC Cotswold Grey's - and once confirmed available, I made my way across to the site to pick up the goods.nnOnce on site, I was greeted by a very respectful young lad sorry I did not get his name so please thenk him for his professionalism, whom was very attentive to my requirements and showed me where some of the items I required were located, then due to one of the products I required not being easily identified, we had to ask Nicola where the stock was - whereby she went above and beyond any expectations I had, and duly helped the young lad out and gave a very welcoming experience to the store.nnAfter paying for the goods, I then went to the yard to collect my items, whereby all the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly, and nothing was too much effort for them and they too; went above and beyond the level of service I have received from other merchants recently.nnSo to close off, I can whole heartedly recommend Travis Perkins Coleford as a customer focussed and very knowledgable merchants, who obviously still value and respect their customers.nnNicola obviously has the respect of her staff, as the environment was very upbeat and definitely friendlier than other sites I have visited, so thank you for taking the time. today, it is very much appreciated!nnKind Regards Jay
Carl is a star he was so helpful with administration. Excellent experience. I wish I had more work in Coleford!!! Wonderful staff and have materials!!
As with most Travis Perkins stores, staff are friendly but range is limited and expensive.nSo called “trade” prices are often anything but.nConstantly having to negotiate “terms” rather than a standardised trade discount.
Always pleasent to visit this site staff are friendly and always there to help even though they have just lost a staff member who was such a nice guy and always there to give sound advice. RIP Anthony Wilson top man!!
