Great place to get Timber/Building material, helpful friendly staff, great service!
An excellent branch of TP. Had 2/3 deliveries from them over the last couple of weeks for work being done in the garden. Order placing is easy and the guys were helpful and then delivery was very quick + the delivery drivers are very nice too. Thanks guys
Reasonable selection of building material. Prices surprisingly not that competitive for a trade outlet for some items. Minus 2 stars for the amount of time it took to pick up material. Needed to wait for the store room staff to get material ready and then give a slip. Another queue inside to then pay for the material. Staff friendly and helpful. Worth probably calling ahead and asking them to have stuff ready for collection.
Really happy with the service. My parents fence broke in the storm and they were worried about having a missing panel in their back garden. Once I ordered the panel delivery was set for 3 days so I emailed Terry the manager as it was late. He replied early saying they would get it delivered that same day. Great level of service and quality fence panel. Thank you
Glen and the Yard Delivery Team gave me exemplary service when I had to pick up three separate consignments yesterday Monday 7th October. They were both helpful and professional in what they did. I'm not "in the Trade" but if I were, and more local, I would use them regularly. Thankyou.
I had a purchase of around £42 today.A simple summer garden update plan.I paid £20.83 for local delivery.The store charged me £25 on top claiming it's a VAT.Total bill went to £82 when it's supposed to be £64.I have ended up in paying for something when I can get them far far more cheaper from big local stores.Not at all recommended to students, homemakers.I am a regular comer to your N&C yearly fun fair with my family.But today's shopping experience has disappointed me.
