Service is ok but the behaviour of the staff is very racist. I went to this store on 21/08/2024 in the morning for a single stop end bead for multifinish.i think they try to ignore me because of my ethnicity they served with a big smile to a white people but when was my turn they absolutely very bad.i dont wanna go again to this store.
Was a good store very handy for materials but sadley it must be closed down as the the telephone number no longer works !nYet another one bites the dust , when is this going to stop ??
Absolutely first rate service Fay John Lee and we can't forget 1st class delivery driver MattnTrue gentleman and so helpful. They all go one step more for true professional performance. Well done all of you and thank you. Definitely won't be going anywhere else for for products
The staff at Rowley Regis are the very best. John, Fay and Jim have been so nice and very helpful especially John. Will recommend this branch to everyone. Products and services are second to none. Could not be happier can't wait to deal with this branch again.
What an absolute delight of a team, especially Danny! He helped out and above and beyond with some materials which wasn't in stock. He is truly a credit to your team! If you ever call, ask for Danny, he really is amazing!!
