Would like to say thank you for your excellent service and for the help from Emily nothing seemed to much trouble. Only wish a few more companies were this helpful . This is my first time I’ve ever dealt with your company and would never hesitate to use you again .
We are new to this area and asked around for a good building merchant. Never using Travis Perkins before I am very glad that I listened to the advice that I was given. The help that Emily and the team gave me was above and beyond that of any other company locally, therefore I am willing to recommend them to all. I only wish that I could rate them higher.
Ordered online for delivery, contacted next day to tell me that they couldn't fulfill the order unless I paid extra for a courier to collect from another branch. Not sure how this is my issue? I have used TP in the past for things and never had an issue, but won't be using them again.
Ridiculously high prices for retail customers - e.g. a bag of ready mixed mortar is over £16 here and less than £8 at Wickes. The same for Tarmac - Travis Perkins want £12.42 for the same bag that Wickes charge £7!!!
I am not a tradesman so I find the advise and easy ordering very good delivery on time . Staff helpful
