my mum and I are easy to please and never complain. However, the recent trip that we took with Travelsphere to Turkey was nothing short of utterly disappointing. Sitting on the plane, heading back to England, we concluded that it was not worth the stress of travel and, more importantly, the cost.  Travelsphere left me, my Mum and several other guests with a horribly disappointing experience. There were moments which was very good; but they were generally conducted and paid for by ourselves and not organized by Travelsphere.  Would I recommend this trip to anyone? Absolutely not.  I feel we were ripped off, used and carted around in a coach to sites that we barely got to see and had moments which are barely memorable. If I went into full detail, this feedback could be turned into a novel.

Positives: excellent tour manager, well-organised tour, covered more than I could arrange for myself. Tour to Italy Sept. 2022 Negatives: only solo traveller among couples and was not advised of such, several couples did not like a solo traveller among them and blanked me. The dynamics of the group got worse the longer the trip progressed. When I wrote to Travelsphere describing my experience that boarded on the traumatic, they basically blamed me for choosing Travelsphere rather than a solo only group. It was my first time with Travelsphere.  Other escorted groups have a healthy blend of couples and solos. Why should this have been any different? Their lack of understanding was the final straw. I shall not be travelling with them again.

Can't fault them always polite friendly and very helpful on phone. I booked Canada last year and they were first class from start to finish. Also went to Italy with them and already booked for next year Chicago to New Orleans.  Keep up the good service and you'll always have my bookings and 5 star status  .

Great escorted holiday to Austria. Well looked after by  Paul tour leader and Ollie coach driver and the staff at the hotel. Austria is beautiful the lakes are stunning  met some great people Well lead tours interesting and not to long Great food and accommodation very Austrian  lovely to see the traditional side of Austria good value holiday  if you prefer a guide to  all the attraction door to door.

I have been lucky enough to have travelled 13 times with Travelsphere with several more booked over the next 18 months. Every holiday has been fantastic with three main reasons. 1 The itineraries in many wonderful locations. 2 The excellent Tour Managers. 3 The fellow travellers who also enjoy such fantastic Touring holidays. Thoroughly recommend Travelsphere and cannot wait for our 14th holiday starting next week!

Used travelsphere on our trip to to china and first time to thailand and must say the china trip would have been difficult without them due to the amount of travelling we done. Very good company.

Both of my holidays booked over the last three years have been cancelled a few months before, the latest was a best of the West trip which a wedding was planned and paid for while in Vegas, VERY DISAPPOINTED and will never use this company again

Had 4 holidays with travelsphere. Each time absolutely outstanding. Superb guides and service from start to finish. Really looked after us the whole way. Thank you for helping create wonderful memories for me and my wife. Couldn't recommend travelsphere more highly.
