Duvet wasn't man enough. I was cold. The electric heater was quite noisy. Quite a lot of noise from other guests. TV remote control didn't work all the time. You had to spin the batteries round. If you are vegetarian or vegan forget breakfast. Better off going to Wetherspoons. Staff were friendly enough but won't be back
Claire and her team were amazing on my recent visit to Ramsgate.nI am a disabled traveler and Claire went above & beyond to ensure that my & the rest of my party's stay was fabulous.nClaire recognised me from a stay over 6 months ago,m which was quite a feet considering the number of visitors she must see.nClaire recognised me immediately upon my arrival, and made my booking in a breeze. She & her colleague, Jordan, came up to my room with me & put the elephant feet on my bed. They were friendly & efficient and made something that has been awkward and embarrassing for me in the past, into a funny and enjoyable time, putting me at my ease. Claire also went above and beyond when booking in the rest of my party too.nI cannot thank Claire enough for her kindness, thought & understanding
Lovely location, right on harbour. Great service, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming, plus side most of the staff were dog lovers, as we brought our 2 little dogs.nHave stayed here a few times but this stay, the room was much smaller. One of the curtains was just left hanging! got husband to fix Which explains my 4 stars for the room.nStill a great stay for a few days
Stayed here for 3 nights the staff were lovley, especially a young man called Jordan who was so helpful and such a credit to the travelodge.nThe room unfortunately was a disappointment so much maintenance needed doing. Bathroom door handle came off in my hand, the light on the wall flickering all the time, the rooms need a update and a fresh lick of paint.
Stayed for 1 night whilst visiting family. Very friendly reception. Room a bit on the small side, quite dark. Bathroom adequate. Bed was comfy but could hear someone snoring in the next room and then visiting the loo in the night! Obviously not a lot of soundproofing. We went out for breakfast si can't comment on food in the hotel. Great position for the seafront and beach. OK for one night.
