Pleasantly surprisednReview of Travelodge Market HarboroughnReviewed Dec 28, 2024nWe stayed as visiting our son and family over Christmas and they already had a house full of guests. We preferred to stay in a hotel anyway as we could have our own space and not queue for the bathroom etc. The hotel was very convenient, car parking at the rear which was free for us as it was a Bank Holiday, but not expensive in any case. A bonus for us was the ability to take our dog.nThe room was clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate for our needs.nDate of stay: December 2024
We used this hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. Initially our room was not available due to a defective TV, but after agreeing to take the room regardless of the fault it was fine. The staff did offer to help us book into another hotel nearby as our room was unavailable so they did their best. Classic Travelodge budget rooms. Hotel is in a good location near the middle of town.
If you want to be in the centre of Market Harborough and a stroll from the restaurants this is ideal. Quiet after 2am. Comfortable bed and the room clean and smelt fresh, as did the rest of the hotel on the way to the room. Cheerful greetings checking in. Market Harborough is a quiet town. Didn't hear or see any noisy revellers on the Friday night. Just people dressed for a nice evening. Would stay again if in area.
Lovely Hotel, in the centre of town, making it easily accessible to the bars shops, takeaways & supermarkets. The hotel was spotless. Staff were a bit stingy, dishing out T-bags & sugar, etc
Great value hotel, right in the centre of town. Flawlessly clean and tidy, a really comfy bed and room. Perfect.
