Worst experience ever in any in this hotelnImagine, they do not have Air Conditioning in the rooms. We survived in Hot August With Two Fans in the room which were not provided by the Hotel Ofcourse.nRoom Service came only once in 5 nights Stay.nSink never get cleaned even after complaining about it. Water doesn’t flow well.nOnly good this to get 1 star is the location of this hotel.
This place needs major renovations.nThe front desk is dingy.nThe carpets are old.nThe owner or owners need to upgrade the place or it will lose business.nThere are no drawers or cupboardsnNo air conditioning. With global warming investing in upgrading the hotel is imperative.nI would only recommend this place because it’s easy access to public transport and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.nGood luck with your hotelnI would rate this place to be 4 out of 10.
Good location for Piccadilly line to London.nClean rooms with comfy bed and good shower .nNo air con in room though and breakfast was a bit of a let down .nI would stay again though but take breakfast nibbles .nA big Thank you to Angel who was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived . A true treasure .
It’s basic, but clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the underground and is perfect for central London 30 mins on the tube and for Heathrow. For me, this is a much better option than the airport hotels as surprisingly it’s easier to get to the terminals from here than attempting to get a bus from the closer places you could stay.
Excellent service by the staff, they are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and modern. Would be great if they have a fridge or microwave. But the price I guess reflects what's available. The location is good, just a short hop to the airport makes it very convenient.
