The room, staff and facilities were excellent. The location was just right. As a wheelchair user the room had everything spot on. Wheel in shower. High toilet. Plenty room to manoeuvre around the bedroom. Will definitely stay again.
Love the place. The reason for 4 stars is because it is super simple. But taking into account how much we paid it is definitely good value for the money. Excellent for frequent travellers that do not stay long in the hotel. Super clean and tidy.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the view from the window of the family rooms is stunning as it overlooks the mersey. One of the lights didn't work in the room, the bathroom lights where flickering. The door handle barely kept the door closed and the shower kept stopping and starting on its own when in use.
Great spot. Good views. Now has a 'meal' dispensing machine, including ham and cheese toastie! handy microwave near by and and breakfast items. view Room 133
What you'd expect from a travelodge, simple, clean, functional. Great location and parking available. No restaurant but there are plenty of places to eat and drink just outside the front door.
Such a lovely friendly place and spotless all staff welcoming and very helpful
Basic room set out but exceptionally clean .. bathroom modern an sparkling
Very nice setting and it was very peaceful but the two issues myself and my wife had was the very slow check in as we had a ten minute wait for customer service and the bedding wasn't clean as there were some stains which are noticeable when it is white!.
