The tap in our bathroom was clearly not cleaned before we got our room. No body wash/shampoo in the shower dispenser, asked at the reception for it to be filled and they said it would be done but it never was. The bathroom in the reception was unclean/messy also.nnOther than that, staff were friendly, food/drinks were nice, and the reception and rest of our room felt quite comfortable and clean.
The Travelodge itself was everything we wanted and expected. Good sized room. Very comfortable beds. Tea/coffee/ kettle etc. But the immediate vicinity was very depressing and there was a lot of litter around. Doubt the council has been in n action around there for years so won't be staying in this particular Travelodge again.
Staff were helpful when i arrived and throught my stay .nWhen i Arrived it looked like we somone was getting turfed out cases and stuff all over the place in the reception.nHad to then pay for parking on the hotel.nI paid for breakfast only to find out the next morning by reception that a delivery haven't arrived so by the time I left its to late proper hotel this..neverything isn't premiere especially for £89 a night. I Won't be coming back !!!
Brilliant Location, friendly staff who greet you with friendly interaction, with welcoming vibes. The bed I had was very comfortable, with a nice warm hot shower. Clean ,friendly ,perfect location, 10 out of 10 for my stay.
I arrived & wanted to book in at the desk. Apparently you can only do it on line. My phone had died, so the receptionist helped me on her phone.nGood comfy bed.nThe bath cold tap was broken. The heater turned off because I opened the window for fresh air. I couldn't get it back on.nApart from that everything was fine & receptionist was very helpful.
