Located in former mill, relatively quiet area with plenty of parking. Very nice Thai restaurant next door and many options in short driving distance. No air conditioning but fan is provided. Comfortable bed and good shower. Real toilet rolls in bathroom instead of individual tissues.

Had a really good night. Quiet room on fifth floor, quite surprised that there was a road not far from the window but I guess that happens when the lovely old mill building is set into a hill. Didn't notice any traffic noise or noise from other rooms. Check in was easy. We had a lovely big family room. Everything in the bathroom worked properly, beds were good. Good location for Piece Hall gig.

For £36 for the night what's not too like about it. It was comfortable, clean and a good size room.nBe aware though the parking is on private land which is only free on weekends, to avoid getting a ticket from 6am Monday morning buy your ticket the night before, it wasn't expensive

We only slept 1 night but the room was spotless and spacious. We walked in, tv, kettle, teas and coffees, nice spacious bathroom too. They even leave a little card and it said it was cleaned by Katie. She did amazing. We slept perfectly. Bed was very comfy, no issues at all. The receptionist was very polite, and had no issues with him. He met the needs of a great receptionist and solved any issues we had. As usual walk in too, there’s extras in the seating area for teas, coffees and milk! Plenty of parking too which is also cheap!!!! To say we only spent £35 for the night…if we stay here again, we will definitely be coming back. Great value for money.

Rooms were really comfy, clean and well fitted out. Reception staff were brilliant too. The only improvement I would want is soft closing room doors to avoid the walls shaking day and night from slamming doors. Otherwise, perfect place to stay.
