Check the soap dispenser before you use it. Mine was full of black stagnant water! Revolting!nnOn top of this: the customer service at the reception is poor; exceptionally slow service in the restaurant I gave up after waiting an hour; mediocre breakfast; small rooms with poor soundproofing.
Initially I got the first floor room for myself, where it was a leakage of the sink after I washed my hands twice. Aside from this room was above the parking with some noise, and it was a bit cold inside, so at first I wasn't completely satisfied. I decided to report about the leakage to the reception, and I was offered the room on the top floor that was very clean, warm and quiet. It was a very good breakfast in the bar and cafe and the location is also quite good.nnKeep in mind that the hotel wifi is free just for limited time, otherwise you have to pay or use your own internet.nnIn general, I would definitely recommend this hotel as a value for money if you consider a budget holiday. Thanks to the guys from the reception for the great service provided.
Very basic. No phones in rooms, no WiFi unless you pay extra for it, no parking unless you pay for it. No safe, no drawers, no fridge, no iron in room, no hairdryer in room, the shower had no pressure. Breakfast was disappointing as was the food we ordered for dinner after the very long wait. Drinks are very expensive. If you’re looking for a quick place to sleep because you are stuck somewhere then this would be ok if happy with all the above. It was a nice 15 min walk to the city centre.
No recommendation! Im very disappointed about the hotel.nService ist not attentive, don’t even greet and not really helpful. After checking in, without any word to breakfast, wifi and other important information regarding the stay, we tried to open the doors with the card which didn’t work.nThen came into the room, which was acceptable clean and decent. After we realized that the ambient light on top of the bed is out of order and there is no wardrobe in the room. Which was already one disappointing experience after the other.nBut the best is yet to come ..nWe put one pair of shoes over Night in front of our room, next to the door. It’s unbelievable: the stuff just THREW IT AWAY!! In the very end after convincing the receptionist to ask housekeeping, we got it back in a plastic bag. Caused by that incident I was very late for my appointment and the receptionist wouldn’t call me a cab because I asked for it in 5 min. His answer was: no I can only order it now but not to arrive in 5 min.nNext to all the bad stuff, I also want to point out the location. It’s next to a lot of shops, a bus station and 15 minutes by feet to the city center.nAll in all I would definitively not recommend to stay for a nice leisure trip for many nights but In my opinion it’s okay for one night.nCheers!
I was traveling for work and my roommate was snoring very loudly so I went downstairs to the front desk at 12:08am with a bank card, passport, and a willingness to spend any amount of money for my own room and they would not sell one to me. They had rooms available, but their system “could not do it” past midnight. I offered to pay double, to leave my passport with them until the manager came the next morning to sort out payment, whatever they wanted, but the person at the front desk would not budge.nnOtherwise, the rooms were clean, breakfast was above average, and the location was excellent.
