We have travelled twice with travel bag and they have been super from start to finish.

We travelled to dubai twice and they have been fabulous in everyway.

I feel they need the 5 star rating.

Terrible company, they'd taken money out of my account for two tickets to USA, then three days later they tell me they cant honour the flights via an email...
