Fantastic service. Pulled together a great multicentre itinerary and sourced great hotels including a fantastic safari camp. The information provided prior to departure and the app were great. The team were also super responsive when we needed to make some changes due to a 24hr flight delay. I would definitely use Travel Butlers again and would recommend them to a friend.

We first used Travel Butlers 4 years ago in planning our first trip to South Africa. It was AMAZING. We knew right then and there when we got married, it was going to be in South Africa and we were going to use Travel Butlers. We planned the wedding for over two years using Tracy's help. There were 17 of us in the group and she was able to keep everything organized. She also worked with the lodge where the ceremony was to organize the wedding day. It was the most magical day of my life and am so thankful we had Tracy and Travel Butlers to assist us in our journey. We will always recommend Travel Butlers and Tracey to anyone we know going to Southern Africa. We will also be using them on any future endeavors there! We cannot wait to go back!! Thank you so so so much Tracy.

We booked our honeymoon (safari in Tanzania then Zanzibar) with Tracey and from start to finish everything was excellent. She was helpful, easy to deal with and knowledgeable about our destination. We had a slight issue during the stay and Tracey was quick to respond and resolve it, even on a Sunday. Will definitely book with Travel Butlers again, highly recommended.

Tracey from Travel Butlers did an excellent job helping me plan my first safari experience. She worked within my budget to find me an excellent lodge and game reserve, and everything went off without a hitch. Highly recommend!
