In a city overrun with chain restaurants, this little independent Italian restaurant is something of an oasis. It doesn't have a celebrity chef's name over the door, but don't let that put you off. The menu features all the classic pasta dishes, plus pizzas and meat dishes. The food is fantastic and well priced, the staff are friendly and attentive and the place has a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended, give Zizi and Jamie a miss and seek out this place instead. You won't be disappointed.

Foodies beware!! It's only a matter of time before someone in the "know" reviews this restaurant and causes the prices to go up and the portions to go down. If you want authentic Italian, home cooked food and great wine then this is your place. If you want to impress a girl on your first date or you're the shallow type, then there's plenty of other Italian restaurants in Manchester catering for your need.

Freshly made Italian food at a very reasonable price. The wine list is small but perfect for the price point and menu. Staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. There's a lovely little garden at the back where on a warm day you can eat or enjoy a coffee afterwards. This place never seems to advertise, I imagine it relies on word of mouth. Try it, and you'll find yourself recommending it too.
